The Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône Grande Réserve 2010 blanc, born on the clay-limestone terroirs of the Côtes du Rhône, is a rare white wine. A blend of Grenache Blanc and Clairette, it reveals aromas of dried fruits, honey and beeswax, supported by a chalky minerality. Its silky and fresh palate leads to a long and precise finish. To be enjoyed at 10-12°C with shellfish or aged cheeses.

- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and rounded pebbles from the Rhodanian terraces, bathed in Mediterranean light – a setting for white wines of vibrant minerality.
- Winemaking: Patient aging in tanks, respect for local grape varieties and minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the terroir.
Tasting notes for the wine Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône Grande Réserve 2010 blanc
To the eye: Golden robe with amber reflections, of a silky and slightly unctuous texture, like liquid honey catching the light.
On the nose: Aromas of dried fruits (roasted almond, candied apricot) intertwine with notes of beeswax and wild honey, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of flint – a complexity that reveals itself in layers.
On the palate: A broad and generous attack, carried by a lively acidity that balances the richness of the wine, while a chalky minerality extends the finish into a long, dry and elegant persistence.
Serve at 10–12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to bring out its nuances.
Vintage 2010
A vintage marked by optimal grape ripeness, offering white wines of rare concentration and beautiful persistent freshness.
- Aging potential: To be cellared for a further 5 to 8 years in a cool cellar (12–14°C) and away from light, to allow its tertiary aromas to blossom.
