The Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2021, from the sandy terroirs of Sarrians, combines Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault through organic farming. Aged in large oak barrels, it offers aromas of black cherry and lavender, a lively and elegant texture. Perfect with grilled dishes or for a ten-year cellar.
Château des Tours
A family estate rooted in Sarrians, in the heart of the southern Côtes du Rhône, where tradition is passed down with exacting standards.
- Terroir: Red sand and pebble soils, the cradle of an appellation where Grenache thrives under a temperate Mediterranean climate.
- Vinification: Natural methods – indigenous yeasts, ageing in old large oak barrels – for wines of rare purity.
Tasting notes for the wine Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2021
To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, of a silky texture and a crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh black cherry, sun-drenched garrigue, dried lavender and a mineral touch of crushed stone, carried by an airy elegance.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky tannins, saline tension and a long finish, marked by a chalky minerality.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage where freshness and aromatic transparency intertwine, offering an immediate balance while retaining a beautiful structure.
- Aging potential: 8 to 10 years, to be kept in a cool place (12–14°C) and away from light.
