Tasting notes for Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2022
Appearance: Deep garnet color with violet highlights, silky density, and a mineral sheen.
Nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and candied black cherry, followed by notes of licorice and thyme, lifted by a saline, chalky touch.
Palate: Velvety texture, lively acidity, and elegant tannins, supported by stony minerality and a long finish sharpened by a hint of white pepper.
Serve at 16–18 °C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
