Château Margaux 1981, an exceptional red wine, reflects the prestige of an iconic Médoc estate, where tradition and excellence come together. This Premier Grand Cru Classé combines Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Merlot (20%), Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, grown on a gravel and clay terroir, enhanced by a favorable climate. The winemaking process, combining ancestral know-how and precision, includes ageing in new oak barrels for 18 to 24 months, imparting a refined structure. The 1981 vintage, marked by a balanced summer, offers optimal ripeness and rare elegance. On tasting, this wine seduces with its aromas of ripe red fruit, violets and graphite, with subtle notes of tobacco. Its velvety texture and silky tannins lead to a harmonious finish.
