On the nose: A bouquet of rare precision, where candied black cherry, faded violet, a hint of cedar and a subtle touch of graphite intermingle, all enveloped in a saline minerality that evokes the estate's gravels.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and an elegant tension, where the melted tannins give way to a long and harmonious finish, marked by notes of blond tobacco and soft spices.
