On the nose: aromas of dried rose and blonde tobacco rise to the fore, followed by notes of cedar, wild blackberry and a saline touch reminiscent of damp undergrowth after rain.
On the palate: a velvety, almost unctuous texture, where melted tannins release a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, prolonged by a long and peppery finish, tinged with leather and aromatic herbs.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to exalt its complexity.
