Appearance – A deep garnet color of crystalline clarity, already hinting at the wine’s silky density.
Nose – First, the tart freshness of redcurrant and blueberry, then sun-drenched garrigue, minty eucalyptus and a saline touch.
Palate – A velvety texture, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, harmonious finish that balances rich fruit with tension.
