Since 2009, Françis Boulard and his daughter Delphine have been cultivating 3 hectares biodynamically, making the most of a siliceous-limestone terroir to produce champagnes of remarkable purity.

This Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature, with no dosage (0 g/l), expresses rare authenticity and finesse. Made from 100% Chardonnay from old vines (35 years minimum) from the "Le Murtet" parcel, it is vinified in oak barrels with spontaneous fermentation and aged on lees, offering subtle complexity.

To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of white flowers, citrus fruit and a touch of chalky minerality. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lively freshness and a saline finish, with notes of green apple and preserved lemon.
