- Appearance : A crystal-clear golden hue, threaded with a stream of fine, persistent bubbles that invite you to take a sip.
- On the nose : First, fresh notes of green apple and candied lemon, followed by deeper aromas of roasted hazelnut and toast, lifted by a saline, chalky touch reminiscent of Champagne soils.
