Champagne Coessens Largillier Exogyre Extra Brut, from the exclusively owned “Largillier” vineyard in the Côte des Bar, draws its minerality from fossil-rich clay-limestone soils. This 100% Pinot Noir blanc de noirs, blended using the solera method (2006–2020), reveals pineapple and honey notes. Its precise bubbles and taut texture make it a dry champagne ideal with oysters. Enjoy within 3 to 5 years.
A family-run house rooted in the Côte des Bar, where five generations have passed down their expertise amid a distinctive clay-limestone terroir.

- Winemaking: The solera method and extended aging on the lees yield a precise expression that balances freshness with Burgundian depth.
