On the nose – Aromas of green apple and Williams pear mingle with notes of candied citrus, white flowers and toasted brioche, lifted by a saline, mineral touch like a sea breeze over chalk.
On the palate – A silky yet taut texture, driven by lively acidity and chalky minerality, extends into a long, saline finish with hints of ripe peach and toast.
