From the Domaine Robert Groffier Père & Fils, the Bonnes Mares Grand Cru 2019 (100% Pinot Noir) comes from the clay-limestone hillsides of the Côte de Nuits. With aromas of cherry and spices, a silky and mineral palate, it can be enjoyed until 2035 alongside game or red meats.

A family estate rooted in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, where the Burgundian heritage has been passed down since the 18th century.
- Terroir : Clay-limestone and marly soils of the grand crus of Morey-Saint-Denis, shaping wines of a chalky minerality and rare depth.
- Vinification : Traditional methods combining precision and respect for the fruit, for cuvées that are both powerful and silkily elegant.

- To the eye : Deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a velvety texture and crystalline brilliance.
- On the nose : Aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by floral notes of faded rose, then a spiced hint of liquorice and a subtle graphite minerality.
- On the palate : A silky attack and dense yet polished tannins, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky salinity, leading to a long and taut finish, marked by nuances of undergrowth and ripe fruits.
Serve between 15° and 17°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A sunny and balanced vintage, where the ripeness of the fruits combines with a mineral freshness characteristic of the great wines of Burgundy.
