This Blanc de Blancs, made from 100% Chardonnay, comes from a chalky terroir that lends a distinctive minerality. Vinification in stainless steel vats, with spontaneous fermentation and 36 months' ageing on lees, with no dosage (0 g/l), preserves the wine's purity and tension.

To the eye, its pale yellow color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, tasting notes reveal fresh aromas of lemon, green apple and dried herbs, underlined by a chalky minerality.
