The Leclerc Briant Vertus 1er Cru Extra Brut 2019, from Vertus, is a biodynamic Blanc de Blancs. Its aromas of citrus and white flowers combine with a chalky minerality. Fresh and silky on the palate, it pairs with seafood and can be cellared until 2030.

Tasting notes for the wine Leclerc Briant Vertus 1er Cru Les Monts Ferrés Extra Brut 2019
To the eye – A pale golden robe, of crystalline clarity, traversed by a ribbon of fine and persistent bubbles, heralding a silky texture.
On the nose – Aromas of white flowers and candied citrus, followed by a hint of roasted hazelnut and a saline touch, like a reminder of the chalky soils of Vertus.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and saline finish, where freshness and depth intertwine.
Serve between 8 and 10°C, in a tall flute to preserve the fineness of the bubbles.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where cool nights preserved the acidity and tension characteristic of this cuvée.
- Aging potential: 8 to 10 years, to be stored in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
