Frédéric Savart 1er Cru Bulle de Rosé Vieilles Vignes Brut, born on the chalky soils of Écueil. This Extra Brut rosé, blended from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, offers aromas of red fruits and flowers, a fine bubble and a mineral palate. Ideal with seafood, to serve between 6 and 8°C.
Nestled in the heart of Écueil, a Premier Cru village of the Montagne de Reims, this family estate embodies the rare alliance between Champagne tradition and artisanal exigency.
- Terroir: Chalky and calcareous soils of Écueil, where the old vines draw a vibrant minerality and a characteristic tension.
- Vinification: Traditional method combining stainless steel vats and oak barrels, for wines of a fruity purity and saline energy, without compromise.
Tasting notes for Champagne Frédéric Savart 1er Cru Bulle de Rosé Vieilles Vignes Brut
To the eye – A rosé robe of silky delicacy, tinged with copper highlights, where the fine and persistent bubble dances with a discreet elegance.
On the nose – First, aromas of wild strawberry and crunchy raspberry, followed by a touch of orange blossom and a saline hint reminiscent of sea spray iodine, all enveloped in a chalky minerality.
On the palate – A velvety yet taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a crystalline salinity, stretching into a long and fresh finish where notes of redcurrant and a touch of soft liquorice intertwine.
Serve between 6 and 8°C in a narrow flute to preserve the finesse of the bubbles and concentrate the aromas.
Vintage Non-Vintage
This cuvée, blended with rigor to reflect the identity of the estate, favors balance and consistency over the climatic variations of a single vintage.
- Aging potential: 5 to 10 years, to be stored in a cool place (12–14°C) and away from light.
