Poulsard Enfant Terrible 2023, a natural cuvée from Jean-François Ganevat, expresses the Jura’s marl soils. Strawberry, raspberry and rose notes, lively freshness and fine tannins. A mineral finish; ideal with simple dishes. Enjoy young or within five years.
Fourteen generations of winemaking expertise are rooted in the slopes of Rotalier, where the Jura reveals its hidden marls.
- Terroir: White and gray marls of the Côtes du Jura, chalky soils that shape wines with vibrant minerality and natural elegance.
- Winemaking: Natural, respectful methods – indigenous yeasts, cold semi-carbonic maceration and aging in old barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit.
