Tasting notes for Anne et Jean-François Ganevat De Toute Beauté 2024
Appearance: A cherry-red hue with vivid highlights and silky clarity.
On the nose: Raspberry and crisp redcurrant mingle with notes of peony and white pepper, lifted by a saline touch reminiscent of vineyard breezes.
On the palate: A tender, juicy texture unfolds, carried by lively acidity and chalky minerality, leading to a clean, refreshing finish with taut elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12°C in a medium-sized red wine glass to bring out its freshness.
