To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a silky density and a crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, cedar, blonde tobacco and licorice, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety texture, precise tannins and a lively acidity that carries a long, mineral and lightly spiced finish.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
