To the eye: A deep garnet robe with tiled highlights, of silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant, fresh cedar and blonde tobacco, lifted by a hint of graphite and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: A velvety and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and spiced finish where mint and cigar box intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
