Mas Jullien Languedoc Vin d'Une Nuit 2024 Rosé, from the Hérault’s clay-limestone terraces, showcases the freshness of Languedoc rosés. Made from Cinsault, Mourvèdre, and Carignan, it offers red fruit aromas. On the palate, its mineral vibrancy and silky finish make it a precise wine. Enjoy within 3 to 5 years with fish or appetizers.
A family estate rooted in the Terrasses du Larzac, Mas Jullien has cultivated a winemaking heritage since 1985, where the minerality of the soils meets the freshness of Mediterranean winds.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and stony ground on the high terraces of the Hérault, where the grape varieties thrive in a dry, sunny climate, shaping wines of rare purity.
- Winemaking: Brief maceration and controlled temperatures preserve the grapes’ vibrancy, while aging on fine lees refines the texture without weighing down the fruit.
