Mas Jullien
A family estate rooted in the lands of Languedoc, where Olivier Jullien’s legacy meets an exacting pursuit of terroir expression.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils and pebbles on the upper terraces of the Hérault shape wines with chalky minerality and rare tension.
- Winemaking: A biodynamic approach, hand harvesting, and aging on fine lees preserve the purity and freshness of the fruit.

Tasting notes for Mas Jullien Vin d’une Nuit 2025 rosé
Appearance – A pink color of silky depth.
Nose – An airy bouquet of orange blossom, followed by notes of wild strawberry and raspberry, then a peppery touch and saline minerality reminiscent of sea spray.
Palate – A lively, precise opening, supported by taut acidity and a velvety texture, leads to a long, saline finish that reveals mineral elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12 °C in a white wine glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, bringing freshness and aromatic intensity together harmoniously.
- Aging potential: Enjoy through 2029; store in cool conditions away from light.
