Enjoy now: this cuvée comes from the clay and limestone soils of the Terrasses du Larzac. Made from Grenache Blanc and Carignan Blanc, this IGP Hérault white offers pear and fennel notes, a saline palate and a peppery finish. Enjoy through 2029 with shellfish or summer vegetables.
A family estate rooted in the Terrasses du Larzac, Mas Jullien has practiced artisanal viticulture since 1985, guided by respect for the terroir and natural cycles.
- Terroir: Clay soils and limestone gravel of the Côteaux du Languedoc, where altitude and schist shape wines with distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: An uncertified biodynamic approach, with spontaneous fermentations and aging in demi-muids or stoneware jars to preserve the purity of the grape varieties.
