From the Clos Rognet, this Corton Grand Cru 2023 from Domaine Méo-Camuzet expresses the limestone soils of Corton. This Pinot Noir, aged in oak barrels, offers notes of red fruits and spices. Lively freshness and silky tannins on the palate. To enjoy from 2032 with duck breast or porcini mushrooms.
Heir to a family savoir-faire rooted in the Côte d'Or, Domaine Méo-Camuzet embodies the rare alliance between Burgundian tradition and contemporary precision.- Terroir : Exceptional plots in the Côte de Beaune, where chalky soils and an easterly exposure shape wines of vibrant minerality and rare elegance.- Winemaking : A respectful approach, combining slow fermentation and aging in Bertranges oak barrels to reveal the purity of the Pinot Noir.
