An artisanal estate founded in 2019, rooted in Touraine and shaped by the exacting standards of a winemaker trained in Burgundy and New Zealand.
- Terroir: Sand and clay soils in the Touraine-Oisly appellation, where Sauvignon Blanc draws its minerality and tension.
- Vinification: Whole-cluster pressing, long barrel aging for precise, textured and low-intervention wines.
