Fermented in barrels and aged for 20 months on lees, it offers aromas of citrus with a saline, taut, and persistent palate. Pair with shellfish or fresh goat's cheese.

- Vinification: Precise method – manual harvesting, slow fermentation in barrels, and extended aging on fine lees for a pure and silky expression.
