To the eye – Golden robe with pale highlights, of a silky and luminous texture, like a veil of light over the sands of the Loire.
On the nose – Aromas of crunchy white fruits (green apple, Williams pear), followed by notes of gentle spices, an exotic touch of ripe mango and a hint of frangipane, all supported by a discreet saline minerality.
On the palate – A generous yet taut character, where the lively acidity dialogues with a chalky texture, for a long and saline finish, carried by fine bitter notes that prolong the tasting experience.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to fully appreciate its complexity.
