Tasting notes for Champagne Fleury Blanc de Noirs Extra Brut
Appearance: Crystal-clear gold with pale highlights, where fine, persistent bubbles dance in a silky stream.
On the nose: Crisp apple and Williams pear develop into deeper notes of roasted hazelnut and acacia honey, lifted by a saline, chalky touch.
On the palate: A round, velvety opening, with lively acidity and chalky minerality that carry the palate toward a long, saline finish mingling dried fruit and citrus freshness.
Serve at 6–8 °C in a slender champagne flute to preserve its tension and elegance.
