Since 1750, this family-run business has been cultivating 28 hectares of Premier and Grand Cru, highlighting the purity of Chardonnay with exceptional craftsmanship.
This brut champagne, with a light dosage of 6 g/l, offers incomparable freshness and elegance. Made from 100% Chardonnay from the Premier Cru terroir of Cuis, it is a blend of several vintages, vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged for 2 to 3 years on lees, preserving its vivacity and minerality.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of fresh lemon, green apple and white flowers intertwine with a touch of chalky minerality. On the palate, it reveals a lively texture, chiseled acidity and a saline finish, reminiscent of chalk and citrus.
