- Vinification: Traditional method combining stainless steel vats and neutral barrels, to preserve the purity of the fruit while adding a touch of complexity.

On the nose – A fresh and precise bouquet, where wild raspberries, blood orange and rose petals intermingle, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of fresh herbs.
On the palate – A lively and energetic attack, carried by a creamy mousse and a taut acidity, before blossoming into a mineral and chalky finish, punctuated by delicate spices.
