Since 1750, this family-run business has been cultivating 28 hectares of Grands Crus and Premiers Crus terroirs, showcasing Oger Chardonnay with exceptional craftsmanship.
This brut champagne is distinguished by a light dosage of 5 g/l, offering incomparable freshness and elegance. Made from 100% Chardonnay from the Grand Cru d'Oger terroir, it blends several vintages, vinified in stainless steel vats to preserve its purity, and aged for 2 to 3 years on its lees, revealing remarkable finesse.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with delicate bubbles. On the nose, aromas of white flowers, fresh lemon and green apple intertwine with the chalky minerality typical of Oger. On the palate, it offers a lively texture, precise acidity and a saline finish, evoking citrus fruit and limestone.
