This brut rosé champagne, with a light dosage of 7.8 g/l, offers a perfect balance between freshness and delicacy. Its blend of 82% white Premier Cru (53% Pinot Meunier, 24% Pinot Noir, 23% Chardonnay) and 18% red Pinot Meunier gives it a delicate hue and harmonious structure. Aged 2 to 3 years on lees, it reveals a subtle complexity.

To the eye, its orange-pink color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as stewed strawberry and raspberry mingle with notes of orange and grapefruit, with a hint of vanilla. On the palate, it reveals a round texture, flavors of rhubarb and honey, and a mature finish reminiscent of gingerbread.
