From Champagne’s chalky soils, Leclerc Briant Abyss Brut Rosé 2019 blends Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. After aging on the lees and eleven months under the sea, it reveals red fruit, citrus and iodine aromas, enhanced by saline minerality. Ideal from 2026 with oily fish.
A Champagne house rooted in Épernay since 1955, Leclerc Briant combines historical heritage with biodynamic boldness to reinvent the art of champagne.
- Terroir : Champagne’s chalky limestone soils, the source of vibrant minerality and crystalline freshness.
- Winemaking : Traditional methods and innovative aging techniques—including underwater immersion—produce cuvées of remarkable purity and tension.
