Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair presents this Nuits-Saint-Georges La Charmotte 2018, a Pinot Noir born on the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits. Red fruits and earthy notes on the nose, silky and mineral palate, fine tannins. Perfect with meats or cheeses, it keeps for 5 to 8 years.

Tasting notes for Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair Nuits-Saint-Georges La Charmotte 2018
To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by notes of undergrowth and a mineral touch evoking flint.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky and well-structured tannins, with a long and saline finish, carried by an elegant tension.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
