To the eye: A deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by notes of undergrowth and a saline touch, evoking the chalky soils of the Côte de Nuits.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, elegant and well-integrated tannins, chalky minerality carrying a long and taut finish marked by a subtle salinity.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
