The Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Belles Croix 2018, an organic Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1954, is aged 18 months in oak barrels. This Côte de Nuits wine captivates with its silky tannins, minerality and fruity notes. Perfect until 2036, it pairs beautifully with game and cheeses.
Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair
Nestled in the heart of Nuits-Saint-Georges, this family estate has perpetuated a winemaking heritage since 1720, combining Burgundian tradition with contemporary standards of excellence.
- Terroir : 8 hectares of organically farmed vines, rooted in the clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir reveals its full minerality.

Tasting notes for Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair Nuits-Saint-Georges Les Belles Croix 2018
– To the eye: a deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
– On the nose: a bouquet where fresh black cherry, delicate violet, notes of damp undergrowth and a saline flint-stone touch intertwine.
– On the palate: a velvety attack, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and taut finish where hints of soft spices can be discerned.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release the aromas.
Vintage 2018
A generous vintage, marked by a warm and sunny summer, where the ripeness of the grapes balances with a mineral freshness characteristic of the great Nuits-Saint-Georges.
- Ageing potential : To be enjoyed until 2036; store in a cool cellar (12–14°C) away from light.
