This Nuits Saint Georges 2018 from Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair comes from clay-limestone soils. Vinified with whole clusters (40%) and aged in barrels, it reveals a mineral palate, silky tannins and notes of cherry and liquorice. Perfect with game or cheeses, it will keep until 2030.
