From the lieu-dit Au Bas de Combe, this Nuits-Saint-Georges 2020 from Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg is an elegant Pinot Noir. Aromas of red fruits and spices, with a mineral touch. A lively and silky palate. Perfect for 5 to 8 years of aging, it pairs beautifully with meats and cheeses.

Tasting notes for Domaine Georges Mugneret-Gibourg Nuits-Saint-Georges Au Bas de Combe 2020
On the eye: A garnet red robe with deep, dense reflections, of a velvety and luminous texture.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and blackberry intertwine with notes of violet and licorice, lifted by a chalky touch and a hint of underbrush.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by an elegant acidity and silky tannins, giving way to a mineral and persistent finish.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2020
A vintage marked by harmonious maturity, where freshness and concentration balance each other with precision.
- Aging potential: To be enjoyed through 2030 and beyond, under optimal storage conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
