To the eye: A pale yellow robe with green highlights, of silky clarity and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of green apple and lime intertwine with notes of white blossom, before a saline touch underlines the chalky minerality of the terroir.
On the palate: A texture both round and taut, carried by a lively acidity and a persistent salinity, for a long and precise finish.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a white Burgundy wine glass to enhance its freshness and complexity.
