Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this family estate brings together a unique terroir and exacting organic viticulture. - Terroir: The Alpilles’ limestone and clay soils, stony and rich in geological history, shape wines with distinctive minerality. - Winemaking: Aging in oak barrels, with respect for the grape varieties and lees, produces cuvées of both precision and depth.
Tasting notes for Domaine de Trévallon Blanc 2006
Appearance: Golden with pale highlights and a silky, luminous appearance.
Nose: A complex bouquet of white flowers, acacia honey and candied fruit with a touch of brioche, lifted by a subtle saline, mineral note.
Palate: Rich and velvety, with lively acidity and chalky minerality leading to a long, spicy finish that is both generous and taut.
Serve at 12°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full purity.
