Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this family estate has embodied boldness and devotion to a unique terroir since 1973.
- Terroir: Limestone soils and ancient clays of the Alpilles, where Provence meets rare minerality, shaping wines with a strong identity.
- Winemaking: An unconventional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, patiently aged to reveal timeless elegance.
Tasting notes for Domaine de Trévallon Trévallon 2022
Appearance – A deeply intense carmine-red color, shot through with purple highlights that dance in the light, hinting at a wine both dense and silky.
On the nose – A generous bouquet of wild blackberry and candied black cherry aromas, lifted by touches of sun-warmed garrigue, white pepper, and a saline hint of licorice, all underpinned by mineral freshness.
On the palate – A velvety, almost fleshy texture, where fine, chalky tannins stretch into elegant tension before giving way to a long, fresh, slightly saline finish.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
