Trévallon 2019, an IGP Alpilles cuvée, blends Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on clay-limestone terroir. Aged in large oak casks, it offers notes of ripe fruit, garrigue herbs and minerality. Structured and silky on the palate, with fine tannins and a lingering finish. Perfect with meats or Mediterranean dishes.
Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this family estate, run by the Dürrbach family, is passionate about revealing a unique terroir.
- Terroir: Stony clay-limestone soils of the Alpilles, bathed in Provençal light and surrounded by garrigue, shape wines with distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking: A minimalist approach, with natural fermentations and aging in large oak casks to preserve the purity of the fruit and the expression of place.
