Trévallon 2022 from Domaine de Trévallon, produced in IGP Alpilles, blends Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. Aged 24 months in barrels, it offers dark fruit and spice aromas, a silky palate and minerality. Enjoy after an hour of aeration or cellar until 2053 and beyond.
Nestled in the heart of the Alpilles, this family estate embodies a rare union of Provençal tradition and exacting viticulture. Since its founding by the Dürrbach family, it has cultivated a legacy that puts respect for the terroir first.
- Terroir: Pebble-strewn limestone and clay soils shape wines with distinctive minerality in the IGP des Alpilles appellation.
- Winemaking: Natural production without added yeast or sulfur, followed by extended barrel aging to reveal the purity of the grape varieties.

Appearance: Deep red with dense, silky highlights, hinting at generous substance and structured elegance.
Nose: Blackberry and blackcurrant aromas intertwine with notes of garrigue, black olive and white pepper, giving way to a saline touch and a hint of licorice.
Palate: Velvety in texture, supported by lively acidity and chalky minerality, with fine, persistent tannins extending a remarkably long finish.
Serve at 17°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to bring out its nuances.
