Discover Domaine Léon Derrière l'Église Pinot Noir, an exceptional cuvée from Domaine Léon, nestled in Landreville on the Côte des Bar. Since 2019, Clément Robert has been carrying on the family tradition on 8 hectares of biodynamic land, sublimating unique terroirs for champagnes of rare authenticity.
This Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature stands out for its total absence of dosage (0 g/l), offering a pure, mineral expression of Pinot Noir. Made from 100% Pinot Noir from the historic "Derrière l'Église" plot, it is vinified separately for 10 months in barrels and 4 months in steel vats, then matured for 14 months on the lees, revealing exceptional depth.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with fine bubbles. On the nose, aromas of red fruits such as raspberry and cherry intertwine with chalky minerality and floral notes. On the palate, it offers a silky texture, lively freshness and a saline finish, evoking wet stone and citrus. Ideal with seafood or a refined aperitif, this champagne seduces with its assertive character and natural elegance, reflecting the craftsmanship of Domaine Léon.
