Cristal Roederer 2014 Rosé Magnum
The Cristal Rosé 2014 Magnum by Louis Roederer, from the Grands Crus of Aÿ, combines Pinot Noir (55%) and Chardonnay (45%) on clay-limestone soils. Vinified by saignée with 20% barrel aging, it offers red fruits and a lively, mineral palate. To enjoy until 2030 with lobster or white meats.

- Vinification: Traditional method combining cold maceration, aging in oak barrels and the patience of the cellars, for cuvées of rare precision.

To the eye — A pale rosé robe with copper highlights, of a silky clarity, heralding a crystalline elegance.
On the nose — Freshness of redcurrant and raspberry, evolving toward notes of faded rose, gingerbread and a saline touch, like a sea breeze over the slopes of Aÿ.
On the palate — A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, stretching into a long and taut finish, where candied red fruits and sweet spices intermingle.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a Champagne flute or a white wine glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by climatic contrasts, where the spring freshness and summer heat forged a cuvée of rare delicacy, combining ripeness and tension.
- Aging potential: To be savored until 2035, or even beyond, to be kept in a cool cave (12–14°C) and away from light.
