History of Domaine Lamy-Caillat

Founded in 2008, Domaine Lamy-Caillat was born from a unique opportunity: an octogenarian neighbor offered Sébastien Caillat and Florence Lamy the chance to take over 1.2 hectares of vines in Chassagne-Montrachet. This personal project quickly became a reference in the world of Burgundy wines, thanks to the expertise and passion of the couple. Sébastien, a civil engineer by training, brings methodical rigor to viticulture, while Florence, from the Lamy-Pillot family, perpetuates a family know-how deeply rooted in Burgundian tradition.
