A family estate rooted in Meursault, where precision of craft meets the heritage of an exceptional terroir.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of Burgundy, where the balance between minerality and freshness shapes wines of rare purity.
- Vinification: An artisanal approach, respectful of the fruit and of nature, for cuvées with silky tension and saline length.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Arnaud Ente Bourgogne Grand Ordinaire 2012
To the eye: Ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a velvety and luminous texture, like a gleam of mineral silk.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh morello cherry, wild blackberry and black pepper, lifted by a touch of liquorice and a subtle chalky salinity.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a silky tannic framework, giving way to a long and saline finish where gentle spices and stony minerality intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
