This Vosne-Romanée 1er Cru Les Beaux Monts 2018, born from old vines on the limestone slopes of the Côte de Nuits, offers a refined and precise Pinot Noir. Notes of black fruits and spices, a mineral and silky palate, and a saline finish. Perfect through 2030 with game or cheese.

To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, silky and luminous in texture.
On the nose – An airy bouquet blending aromas of black cherry, violet, gentle spices, and a saline touch reminiscent of damp undergrowth.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish of persistent elegance.
Serve at 14–16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
