Born of Pupillin’s marl soils, Cellier Saint Benoît’s Chardonnay La Marcette 2022 combines citrus and white flowers with a mineral touch. Aged for 9 months in old barrels, it offers a lively, saline palate. Perfect with cheese or fish; enjoy now or within 5 years.
A family estate rooted in Pupillin, where four generations have patiently crafted Jura wines with respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Triassic marl soils in Arbois-Pupillin at an altitude of 335 m—a mineral setting for Chardonnays of rare purity.
- Winemaking: Whole-cluster pressing, natural fermentation and aging in old barrels—an artisanal approach that reveals the grape variety’s authentic character.
