Grown on the gray marl of Le Grapiot, this Ploussard 2022 from Cellier Saint Benoît charms with its freshness and notes of cherry and flowers. Its silky, mineral palate pairs with charcuterie or Comté; enjoy it now or cellar it.
A family estate rooted in Pupillin, where four generations of heritage meet organic and regenerative viticulture.
- Terroir: The gray Lias marls and limestone scree of the Arbois-Pupillin appellation shape wines with chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Winemaking: A plot-by-plot approach that respects each named vineyard site, producing cuvées that express the purity of Ploussard and the precision of the terroir.
