From the clay-gravel soils of Margaux, Château du Tertre 2006 combines stewed dark fruits, toasted notes and spices. On the palate, it seduces with its fine tannins and a lively acidity that carries elegant tension. Perfect for aging up to 10 years, it will pair beautifully with game and slow-cooked dishes.
Nestled at the heart of the Margaux appellation, this historic estate, classified as a Cinquième Cru in 1855, embodies the elegance of an exceptional terroir where tradition and precision intertwine.
- Terroir : Its 52 hectares of vines, planted on gravelly and clay-limestone soils, draw from the Margaux microclimate a distinctive minerality and rare aromatic finesse.
- Vinification : A meticulous approach, combining extended maceration and aging in oak barrels, reveals structured wines where power and silkiness are harmoniously balanced.
