The Meursault 1er Cru Genevrières 2010, signed by Domaine Coche-Dury, is a white Burgundy wine with aromas of citrus, white flowers and hazelnut. Oaked, it combines a silky texture with chalky minerality. Best left to age 5 to 10 years before pairing with fish, shellfish or cream-based dishes.
A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Meursault, where exacting standards and discretion shape wines of rare elegance.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, where Premier Cru vineyards such as Genevrières express a chalky minerality and unique depth.
- Winemaking: Fermentation in oak barrels, patient ageing and minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay.
